Head of Operations Innovation Trophy

We're looking for a hands-on and reliable Head of Operations to keep the HSG Innovation Trophy running like clockwork.

Your Role:

• Plan and execute all logistical aspects of the Innovation Trophy events
• Coordinate venues, suppliers, schedules, and on-site teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Keep the team organized — manage timelines, to-dos, and internal processes
• Handle participant onboarding and communication throughout the competition
• Be the go-to problem-solver when things move fast and plans change
