About us

The vision of the Students' Business Club is to improve the exchange between companies and students. In workshops with people with practical experience, academic knowledge should be put to the test and a feel for the everyday and extraordinary challenges of business life should be developed. The main goal of the association is to broaden the horizons of the students and to give them a deeper insight into the economic life in Switzerland.

Accordingly, the Students' Business Club offers a unique platform for its members and other members of the University of St. Gallen to unite a wide variety of perspectives in one room.

The participants of the association events should gain an enrichment for the design of their studies on the one hand and as an orientation aid for their career decisions on the other hand through the insights into the culture, processes, management styles and the competitive environment.

The Students’ Business Club events offer unique opportunities for students to gain valuable insights into the work and culture of industry-leading companies. Through regular events with our partners and other top firms, students can explore a variety of industries, engage in meaningful conversations with professionals, and expand their personal and professional networks.

Launched in 2021 by the Students' Business Club and the Career and Corporate Services of the University of St.Gallen (HSG), the HSG Innovation Trophy is an esteemed competition where students collaborate with top companies to tackle and solve real-world business challenges.
