The workshop series: Introduction into Strategy allows you to deepen your already learned knowledge in the field of strategy in a practical and interactive way. With practice partners and the Institute of Business Administration of the University of St. Gallen, you will be introduced to the topic from different perspectives and industries and have the opportunity to further develop your skills. Ultimately, you can benefit from the workshops in the long term, as successful participation not only expands your knowledge but also offers an official certificate of participation.

Agenda

The workshop series is composed of four modules:

• Strategy Development (14.03. | 17.00 – 20.00 | SQUARE Lounge 11-2042)
• Strategy Implementation I - with Ringier Axel Springer (21.03. | 17.00 – 20.00 | SQUARE Lounge 11-2042)
• Strategy Implementation II - Communication (28.03. | 17.00 – 20.00 | SQUARE Lounge 11-2042)
• Strategic Renewal - with Dr. Joachim Stonig (30.03. | 17.00 – 20.00 | SQUARE Lounge 11-2042)

The modules are realized in cooperation with companies and the Institute for Business Administration (IfB). Our partners will be introduced soon via our social media channels.

Important: Please take note of our cancellation policy. In case you are not able to attend the event anymore, we ask you to notify us at least 24h prior to the event. Not only does this help us with planning but also gives participants on the waiting list the chance to receive a spot at the event. Please also note that 75% of the modules must be completed to receive a certificate of participation.

As places are limited to 25 participants, please send us your CV until Thursday, 10th March.

You will get our feedback until Saturday, 11th March after the final participants have been carefully selected by SBC.
