Meet Doris Marteschläger, leader of the area of Supply Chain Operations within Inter IKEA. She is ready to present her knowledge of managing people after accumulating a vast amount of experience in the field. You will gain important insights from this event by getting to know Doris' core values and perspective regarding good leadership. She will give input regarding the following topics:

Manage and lead? Manage or lead?
She will explain how to create a value-based leadership and why it is crucial to focus on the people aspect of leadership. Lastly, she will connect the theory with difficult real-life challenges she has faced.
